We champion minority members within the design field by providing a platform to empower voices and a place where their unique perspectives or experiences are celebrated. Through our efforts, we strive to promote justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion so that our design community is wholly representative.

Our Vision

Is to provide a space that empowers the design community by creating opportunities for all individuals to participate in order to create a better future for all.

The conference theme, The EXCHANGE, conveys the sharing of ideas, partnerships and collaborations; how our communities grow in knowledge, spirit and connection through each EXCHANGE.
